1. INTRODUCTION TO PERSONAL TRAINING:

2. ONGOING FOLLOW UP, SUPPORT AND MOTIVATION
This critical stage in the program is to ensure you stay motivated and supported with 5 - 15-minute follow-ups over the next 10 weeks. In this support system, we will review your progress and actions implemented, help you keep on track and facilitate any adjustments required to reach you weight loss goals!
Best results are achieved as a follow up to the “Personal Training 1” Program. However, you are able to purchase this program without using the earlier stage.

3. COMPREHENSIVE ' MOVE FOR SUCCESS' PROGRAM
Over 12 weeks, this program encompasses the two programs above and incorporates ‘best practices’ in exercise programming and support. Through the assessment, planning, support, follow up, tips and directions from your personal fitness coach, you’ll be well on your way to looking and feeling great!
