The 12 Weeks Program’s Personal Trainers are leaders in the fitness and health field (see Personal training team). Our online fitness coaching service is designed to help you feel confident that you are doing the utmost to get stronger, feel better and burn calories for weight loss!

From basic programs that get you moving and introduce you to safe, progressive exercise to a complete range of creative and advanced programs, the 12 Weeks Personal Trainers guide you through the progressions that will help you to lose weight and look and feel great!

Our fitness coaching is structured to provide comprehensive support to all aspects of the 12 Weeks Program. If you require guidance and support using fitness tools and developing winning exercise strategies, then this service will strengthen your self-esteem, mind and body!

All correspondence is through e-mail and/or over the telephone.

The 12 Weeks Personal Training program offers three options for ease of use, rate of progress and budget.

  1. Introduction to Personal Training
  2. Ongoing follow up and support
  3. Comprehensive "move for success" program

 

1. INTRODUCTION TO PERSONAL TRAINING: Assessment and custom program plan to get you moving

Personal Training 1 sets the benchmark from which you will get active and start burning more calories! This program involves the following:

  • Online forms to be returned via fax or e-mail
  • Trainer will review all forms and submitted goals & objectives
  • Working with your trainer , personalized, realistic and progressive goals will be set
  • Customized Exercise program will be designed, finalized & implemented

Price: $ 60.00

 

2. ONGOING FOLLOW UP, SUPPORT AND MOTIVATION

This critical stage in the program is to ensure you stay motivated and supported with 5 - 15-minute follow-ups over the next 10 weeks. In this support system, we will review your progress and actions implemented, help you keep on track and facilitate any adjustments required to reach you weight loss goals!

Best results are achieved as a follow up to the “Personal Training 1” Program. However, you are able to purchase this program without using the earlier stage.

Also provides an excellent resource for those:

  • Needing some new ideas for their existing program
  • Looking for some specialized advice and exercise ideas.
  • Requiring some motivation
  • Ongoing feedback and program revisions

Includes: Five - 15 minutes phone, e-mail or program follow-ups over a 10 week period.

3. COMPREHENSIVE ' MOVE FOR SUCCESS' PROGRAM

Over 12 weeks, this program encompasses the two programs above and incorporates ‘best practices’ in exercise programming and support. Through the assessment, planning, support, follow up, tips and directions from your personal fitness coach, you’ll be well on your way to looking and feeling great!

Includes:

  • Online forms to be returned via fax or e-mail
  • Trainer will review all forms and submitted goals & objectives
  • Personalized, realistic and progressive goals will be set by the trainer
  • Customized Exercise program will be designed, finalized & implemented
  • Five - 15 minutes phone, e-mail or program follow-ups over a 10-week period.
