Lynn has worked and volunteered in the health care field, and is currently working on a degree in Adult Development at the University of Guelph.

Carole Thériault, Personal and Professional Coach since 2004, will tell you that she chose to coach but that coaching also chose her.
In addition to her university studies in Administration, Carole is also a graduate from Coach U, a school renowned worldwide for the quality of its training in coaching. Carole is a member of various professional associations including the International Coach Federation and the "Fédération des coachs du Québec". She is also president of the Business International Network Outaouais chapter as well as member of the "Réseau socio-action des femmes francophones d'Ottawa".
Throughout her 25 year career, her professional experience has been acquired through her work in various fields of activity which include public relations, sales, training, facilitation and career coaching with various types of clienteles. Then, struck by illness, Carole focused her energy towards a new work-life balance, redefining her values and creating a new life based on her own success criteria.
When meeting Carole, one is often impressed by her energy, her ability to be rational, her intuitiveness and her great listening skills. Her clients describe her as a very compassionate, non-judgemental and engaging person.
