Being mindful is to become aware of how you are feeling physically, emotionally, mentally, and increasing awareness of your environment. Leah has been in the health and fitness industry for the past 25 years as a Certified Personal Trainer and gym owner. In the past two years she added the accreditation of Professional Life Coach at an ACC level with the ICF. Leah's extensive experience with clients is focussed on how to move the body and train the mind to initiate transformation that supports consistent positive lifestyle habits. Her passion is demonstrated by the enthusiasm and energy she brings to every appointment. Leah also enjoys coaching youth, business entrepreneurship, and empowerment for women.
Leah has been married for 25 years and has two active teenagers in competitive sport. She is a master of balancing life between career and being a mom/positive role model. Regardless of a client's challenges, Leah enthusiastically strategizes to create momentum by taking small action steps to get clients more aware of who they are, what they want and how to go after it.
